Breakfast and Braving the Chop

We had fresh avocados this morning. Absolutely a luxury. We rigged up some toast over the propane stove as well.

 I have found everything is easier on a boat with a knife at your side. My grandfather’s old straight blade has been a huge assistance and my lucky charm so far. 


The radio is in commission, and we took some time to organize the galley as well as the flares and emergency supplies.

The harbor master offered to let us stay for three days to avoid the choppy seas, but we are going to test out the waters and give Eagle Wings a chance to shine. Time to continue on!

Matt is excited for high winds and chop for the next three days…
